Bailey M. Privette
Bailey M. Privette received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration specializing in Finance and Information Technology, from the State University of New York at Albany, before moving to Missouri to attend law school at the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law. While in law school, Bailey served as a board member of UMKC Law Review, participated in Moot Court, and was recognized by the American College of Bankruptcy due to her experience and knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code. Upon graduation, Bailey began working for Burkhart Law Group in 2016, advocating for employees in the areas of employment law and workers compensation from Kansas City to Southern Missouri.
Originally from Long Beach, California, Bailey is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri and is a member of the local and national chapters of National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA). Outside of the office, Bailey enjoys traveling, skiing and being out on the water.
